Privacy Policy

When you purchase a service and complete the intake questionnaire, we collect the contact information you provide (such as your email address) along with the nutrition, eating, lifestyle, goal, and optional life-stage information you voluntarily share. You choose what to include; only the questionnaire fields marked required must be completed.

Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never collected or stored by BrightWork Nutrition.

We use the information you provide to:

• process your purchase and confirm your order;
• prepare and deliver your personalized analysis or plan;
• communicate with you about your order, questions, and follow-up;
• operate, maintain, and support the service; and
• protect the site against misuse, fraud, and abuse.

We work with a small number of service providers that process information only as needed to run the service: Stripe for payment processing, our database and hosting infrastructure for storing and serving submissions, and our managed email provider for sending confirmations and notifications. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

BrightWork Nutrition is not a HIPAA-covered entity, and this service is not covered by HIPAA. Please share only the information you are comfortable providing for educational nutrition guidance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide, including access controls on stored submissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep intake submissions and related records only as long as needed to deliver your service, respond to follow-up questions, and meet ordinary business, accounting, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove identifying details.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing Kris@brightworknutrition.com. We will honor reasonable requests, subject to legal and operational record-keeping requirements such as transaction records.

This service is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
